Adding the Integrated Label Invoices to MYOB Accounting

You can improve your order and invoice processing by using an invoice with removable address labels to attach to the customer's envelope or parcel.

The installation provides 4new invoices. These are designed to work with the Integrated Label paper from http://www.integratedlabels.co.uk.

The new invoices are based on the MYOB Plain Paper Invoice for Items and Services. The invoices use 1 or 2 removable address labels. The single label invoices print an additional delivery address on the removable label. The 2 label invoices print additional invoice and delivery addresses.

The installation will automatically find MYOB Accounting and put the new invoices into the required location(s).

Once installed you simply need to select the relevant invoice from the To Be Printed screen. You will need to select the correct invoice template to use for your type of invoices and the number of labels being used. After you have selected the correct Sales Type click on the Advanced Filters button. This is shown below:

Then click on the button (shown below) to the right of Selected Form for Sale.

You should the select the correct invoice to match your paper type, either IL1 for single label or IL2 for double label. Then click on the Use Form button.

The new invoice formats all start with IntLab. Select the relevant template and click on Select.

Troubleshooting

If the reports do not appear in your list of available Invoices in the restart MYOB Accounting. If the list still does not appear you can use the following procedure for manually copying the relevant files.

1 Locate the installation directory. By default this is C:\IntegratedLabels
2 Find the Forms directory (folder) in your MYOB Accounting installation. For example, C:\myob17\Forms
3 Copy the SINVIL1.frm, SINVIL2.frm, IINVIL1.frm, IINVIL2.frm files from the Integrated Labels installation directory to this directory.
4 Restart MYOB Accounting

NOTE: If you are using a networked (multi-user) version of MYOB Accounting you will have to copy the 4 files to the server where the MYOB Accounting data is opened from.
